On this day, we remember the irreparable loss of the Father of the Nation,

Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and his family with the heaviest hearts.

শোকের এই দিনে শ্রদ্ধার সাথে স্মরণ করছি, আমাদের জাতির পিতা বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান ও তাঁর পরিবারকে। ১৯৭৫ সালের আজকের এই দিনে সপরিবারে নিহত হন হাজার বছরের শ্রেষ্ঠ এই বাঙালি। এই শোককে শক্তিতে পরিণত করে আমরা জাতির পিতার রেখে যাওয়া বাংলাদেশকে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাবো বহুদূর।
